The Series 1200 is built for flexibility. With its semi-automatic setup, all you need is an operator to position the container, and you’re ready to start the filling cycle. Looking to automate? The Series 1200 has options for gravity roller and powered conveyor systems. For smaller containers, our microprocessor (PLC) control ensures reliability, while for larger drums, product pumping and bypass valve options keep things flowing smoothly.
With PLC control and pneumatic assistance, each function operates smoothly and dependably. The machine is outfitted with solid-state sensing devices that provide a safety net at every stage—no container means no fill; no container means no lid. Plus, our pre- and post-nitrogen purging during the filling cycle guarantees your product stays protected.
