The client were wanting to increase productivity from a single head semi automatic to twin head fully automatic filling on a conveyor for an automatic face cream and lotion filling line for small containers.
The two head Hunter model 325B filler was recommended with conveyor and auto gating system to fill a wide range of containers and products. Different nozzles were incorporated to suit different product viscosities and container openings.
The two head filling machine enabled a higher production throughput and more accurate filling.
