Series 500

The Model 505c shown opposite is a heavy duty, single nozzle, piston filler for all types of liquids, creams, pastes, gels, etc. containing particulate matter up to 22mm in diameter.

Volumes dispensed can range from 250ml to over 5 Litres per cycle, depending on model selected.

During a filling cycle, the product piston travels back to draw product from the hopper into a precision machined cylinder, then extends forward to fill.

Product is dispensed into the container through a filling nozzle and/or cut-off device.

Also available in this series are multiple head versions, with up to 12 filling heads.

Multi-Stroke Control

increases volume range for multiple stroke fill cycles. Includes counter controls.

Container Indexing

Provides regulated container movement and positioning for fully automatic operation on existing conveyors. Includes guide rails, indexing cylinders and no container/no fill switch.

Conveyor

Variable speed, 8" stainless steel conveyor with delrin table top chain to move containers to and away from filler for fully automatic operation. Includes container indexing components.

Level Control

Actuates infeed equipment for consistent product re supply.

Footswitch

Pneumatic switch used to initiate fill cycles.
