Hunter Filling Systems Limited (est 1963 – originally John R Hunter Ltd) is an engineering based manufacturing company located in Hamilton, NZ, comprising of 20 highly skilled and technical staff. They specialise in the design and production of liquid filling systems and its associated packaging equipment, for the New Zealand market as well as exporting to Australia, USA and south East Asia.

Hunter Filling Systems are designed to handle a wide range of liquid and semi-liquid products including foodstuffs, diary products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, detergents, home care products, motor oils and a wide range of chemicals and solvents.

All machine components are manufactured to a very high quality, with strict hygiene standards applied to product contact parts, where T316 stainless steel or special plastics are selected. Hunter Filling Systems have stood the test of time and all credit must go to the team effort that continues to produce accuracy and quality in a competitive market place without compromise.

The Hunter range includes various single and multiple head volumetric and gravimetric fillers, capable of accurately metering quantities form 0.5ml to 200 litres or more. Products currently being packed by hunter Fillers include:

Foodstuffs:

Butter, margarine, processed cheese, yoghurt, yeast extracts, pate, jams, stews, bread dough, sauces, mayonnaise & salad dressings, peanut butter, honey, chutneys & pickles, cooking oils, fruit juices, cordials, toppings & flavourings.

Cosmetics:

Lotions, shampoos & conditioners, nail varnishes and various creams.

Other:

Detergents, disinfectants, bleaches, motor oils, printing inks, epoxy resins, paints, adhesives, caulking compounds, week killers, garden & agricultural chemicals, veterinary & ethical supplies.
